United Mexican States stated during a press
conference at the Casa Benito Juárez in Old Havana,

strengthening political dialogue between the two

She also highlighted a
bilateral interest in intensifying economic,
commercial and financial relations, and cooperation
in the scientific-technical and educational spheres.
Likewise, she stated that
her visit – in response to an invitation from her

increase cooperation in combating drug-trafficking
and organized crime.

tackled diverse issues of common interest that form
part of the 4th Cuba-Mexico Information and

Mexican minister thanked the government of the Cuban
nation on behalf of herself and her delegation for
having organized this visit, and stated that
bilateral relations are notable for their solidarity
and agreement over objectives and challenges faced.
