attending Latin American and Caribbean Unity Summit
PRESIDENT Raúl Castro is heading the Cuban
delegation to the Unity Summit: Latin America and
the Caribbean, which takes place in Cancun, Mexico,
February 22-23.
The delegation also includes Foreign Minister
Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla and other officials from
the Cuban Foreign Ministry.
